Helpdesk Technician I or II

PAY: $15-20 hourly DOE

JOB TYPE: Full-time

SCHEDULE: 8 hour shift

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
   • Answer inbound calls from contract clients
   • Enter service tickets to PSA (Professional Services Automation)
   • Troubleshoot issues
   • Common Issues: Password reset, Wi-Fi and networking issues, Application support.
   • Create new Office 365 accounts
   • Configure and deploy new hardware
   • Support phone & PBX (Private Branch Exchange) systems and hardware
   • Install & support networking gear
   • Follow proper escalation process for more advanced troubleshooting
   • Work with third-party vendors
   • Workstation/hardware troubleshooting
   • MFP (Multifunction Printer)/efax/fax support

DESIRED SKILLS:
   • Research
   • Intermediate computer skills
   • Office 365
   • Windows Server
   • Computer Hardware
   • Basic understanding of network protocols
   • POS (Point of Sale)/CRM (Customer Relations Management)/PSA (Professional Services Automation) experience
   • Certificates and/or Microsoft competencies
